Confidentiality and Disclosure
The Texas Card Players Association will treat your contact information as
private and confidential. We will not provide your contact information to
any other organization, unless you specifically authorize us to do so.
For petitions and surveys you've signed or completed, we treat your name,
city, and state as public information.
For example, we may provide compilations of petitions to legislators and
other elected officials. But in no such case will we disclose your street
address, email address or phone number, without your permission. We may also
make your first name, city, and state, available to the press and public online
other then the State Legislature.
Emails
The Texas Card Players Association may send you a few updates by e-mail on
the Texas Legislature. We keep all our communications brief and to the point.
